Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced Fargo warehouse. You will safely operate reach trucks and sit-down forklifts, load and unload, and move products across the facility while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires at least 6 months of forklift experience, ability to pass certification, basic math, and comfort with RF scanners. OT, weekends, or holidays may be required in this temp-to-perm environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience operating Reach Truck and Sit-Down Forklifts.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and pass required checks.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation.
• Load, unload, move, and store products in designated areas.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Forklift OperatorSchedule Options:Forklift Operator: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM$21/HRWork site in Fargo, NDPosition SummaryWe are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team.
