Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe’s company, seeks a Specialties Field Supervisor to uphold on-site quality and efficiency. You will measure, represent the brand on site, and perform minor repairs while coordinating with internal teams for project execution.

The role requires field experience in construction/home improvement, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and professional service. Travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field role within construction or home improvement.
• Proficient with measuring tools and basic hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate on-site measurements for project preparations.
• Serve as the company's on-site representative, upholding professionalism.
• Handle direct client interactions, addressing needs and relaying information.
• Perform on-site minor repairs and adjustments to ensure project continuity.
• Document field activities, including measurements and client specifications.
• Report detailed field insights to internal teams for informed strategizing.
• Contribute to field staff development by sharing expertise and hands-on guidance.
• Maintain updated product and installation knowledge.
• Resolve client issues on-site, adhering to service excellence standards.
• Comply with safety regulations during on-site engagements.
