Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks an On-Site Engineer to lead construction activities on a large-scale project in Montgomery. The role will serve as the primary onsite liaison among the Owner, design team, and Contractor throughout the construction phase, managing RFIs, submittals, and design changes.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years of field supervision, multi-discipline coordination experience, and a proactive leadership style to drive timely decisions and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of field supervision or superintendent experience.
• Experience coordinating across electrical, mechanical, civil, plumbing and general contracting teams on large-scale projects.
• Proactive, self-directed leader who drives action and resolution across the project.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite representative coordinating Owner and design team during construction.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, design revisions, substitutions, and change management.
• Review construction progress, schedules, field conditions, and communicate issues to Owner.
• Support BIM reviews, mock-ups, project meetings, and onsite coordination with design team and Contractor.
• Identify defects and safety concerns, and communicate them promptly to the Owner.
• Facilitate clear communication lines and remove roadblocks to support project schedule.
