Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Delivery Account Manager in the US-VA-Springfield area to support customers with order processing, inventory control, and sales support. The position emphasizes strong customer relations, effective communication, and safe operation of delivery vehicles.

Under general supervision, you will manage replenishment, scheduling, and troubleshooting for vending machines and product transport, while maintaining inventory accuracy and professional interactions with customers

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from customers, including written communication skills using appropriate business English.
• Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team.
• Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product into the vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Understand PRIDE’s capabilities and align them with customer needs to grow relationships.
• Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software and minimize excess/obsolete inventory.
• Track and compile data, follow up, and obtain necessary information from external sources.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport products to designated locations.
• Follow established routes and schedules for timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot minor vending machine issues using guides.
• Prepare and process outbound orders for delivery.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
