Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a PC Cost Professional for an onsite role at the Corpus Christi Liquefaction jobsite in Portland, TX. You will manage cost control and analysis for complex projects with non-routine requirements, developing cost studies and monitoring trends.

The position emphasizes technical cost engineering, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with field teams across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required; OR 12–14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis in large EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and monitors project budgets, change management, cost monitoring, and cost variance analysis.
• Prepares cost studies using historical data and statistical analysis.
• Develops unit job hour and pricing data for a discipline or specialty.
• Performs data analysis, identifies problems, and makes recommendations.
• Supports field engineering and construction teams with cost activities.
• Participates in site walkdowns, safety reviews, and progress coordination.
