Job summary

Procon is a top-ranked construction management and technology consulting firm seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a currency production facility project in Washington, DC. You will oversee design and construction, cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, and coordination with government managers and SMEs.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years in commercial construction PM, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 6 years of specialized commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing complex new construction and major renovations.
• Proficiency with MS Project and/or Primavera for scheduling.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site Project Manager for assigned facilities.
• Oversee budget, schedule, quality, contractor performance.
• Coordinate with GSA, A/E firms, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project communications and status updates.
