Job summary

Procon, a top-ranked construction management and technology firm, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide full-time, onsite management and Owner's Representative services for federal projects in Honolulu. The role requires coordinating among government stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver renovations and exterior improvements.

Ideal candidates have strong field inspection, RFI, submittal, schedule, and change order experience, plus capability

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related fields.
• Proven renovation and rehabilitation experience on exterior improvements.
• Strong onsite management and Owner's Representative capabilities.
• Experience with occupied or secure facilities; federal or government work preferred.
• Solid knowledge of drawings, codes, safety, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite Construction Project Manager and Owner's Representative for federal projects.
• Inspect work for contract compliance, codes, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay apps, and logs.
• Lead meetings, record minutes, and coordinate with owners, contractors, and design teams.
• Support acquisition, procurement, startup, and closeout activities including commissioning.
