ManTech is seeking a driven Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join our team at Eglin AFB, FL. This onsite role involves leading physical and personnel security programs, managing classifications, and ensuring compliance with NISP/NISPOM and government regulations to safeguard national security assets.

You will administer security records, develop SOPs/PPP guidance, and coordinate with government agencies. A TS clearance and DoD/SAP experience are required, with travel 15–20% for program support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of direct experience performing FSO/CPSO duties within a DoD/SAP environment.
• Proven experience with DISS, Scattered Castles, and other government security clearance tracking systems.
• Completion of DCSA courses including Essentials of Industrial Security Management and FSO Program Management.
• Experience reviewing and managing DD254s from proposal through contract closeout.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily physical security operations and ensure program integrity.
• Administer local personnel security records and eligibility determinations.
• Develop and implement SOPs, PPPs, and security classification guidance.
• Lead DCSA Security Vulnerability Assessments and internal self-inspections.
• Support security investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee COMSEC/IT security activities and KS tracking per JSIG standards.
• Review and maintain prime and subcontract DD254s across all program phases.
