Job summary

RTX/Pratt & Whitney seeks an onsite cleaner to maintain buildings and outdoor areas at our Clayville site. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, restroom maintenance, floor care, and related duties in a team that supports aerospace operations.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, strong attendance, and good communication. The job emphasizes safety and may require wearing a respirator; onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or GED) in the US.
• Strong attendance record is required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work hours outside of the regular shift.
• Wear a respirator as needed and follow safety rules.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties: restrooms, break rooms, floors, rugs, walls, trash.
• Maintains exterior areas and parking lots.
• Daily cleaning of restrooms, floors, furniture, doors, water fountains.
• Vacuuming, mopping, and carpet shampooing.
• Maintain parking, landscaping, emergency exits, and equipment.
• Plow and salt parking lot as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
