You will lead facilities and mechanical services, coordinate trades, and ensure critical environments operate smoothly. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities or mechanical services, 3+ years of supervisory experience, HVAC knowledge, OSHA 30, and strong proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, construction or mechanical services.
• 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• HVAC knowledge and client-site placement.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades onsite.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience in critical environments (healthcare, data centers).
• Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet and scheduling software.
• Meet site-specific requirements such as background checks or vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple trades or service departments onsite.
• Maintain and ensure HVAC, plumbing and building automation systems run correctly.
• Oversee in-house maintenance at client sites (healthcare, data centers, etc.).
• Adhere to safety protocols and site-specific requirements.
