M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an onsite Project Manager (Facility Engineer Manager) to lead the RTP campus operations under the EPA contract.

You will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, KPI timelines, and a safe, compliant work environment while building a positive, high‑performing team culture. This role requires 12+ years of facilities oversight, a NC General Contractor license, and an engineering degree with PE and/or PMP credentials.

Formación

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience with high school diploma or GED.
• Ten+ years of overseeing maintenance and operation of large facilities with complex requirements.
• NC General Contractor’s license is required.
• Engineering degree or PE license and/or PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Staff shifts to meet SOW minimum staffing requirements.
• Oversee daily staffing changes to meet operational needs.
• Manage HR issues for staff and union employees.
• Review and approve timecards for payroll.
• Coordinate with EPA COR to resolve daily issues.
• Ensure RTP Team has resources for daily operations.
• Maintain budgets and forecast spending for the contract.
• Ensure safety training and PPE compliance for all staff.
