Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with oversight of maintenance and operations.
• North Carolina General Contractor’s license required.
• Experience with complex mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal contractor representative to the Government COR.
• Prepare, review, and submit timely reports required under the Contract.
• Ensure effective work performance and compliance with requirements.
