Explore Our Career Opportunities in Meridian, MS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our senior healthcare facility. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, coordinating maintenance needs with nursing and other departments.

You'll perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, support refurbishing projects, maintain grounds, monitor building systems, and assist with safety inspections while proposing practical improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in building trades/maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of tools and maintenance-related software.
• Preferred experience: HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance needs with nursing and other departments.
• Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Support refurbishing projects.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Monitor and service building systems and equipment.
• Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills while suggesting practical process improvements.
