Qualifications

Must be able to read, speak, and comprehend work order instructions and safety regulations.
Must have strong attention to detail in reporting.
Responsibilities
Perform basic repairs to appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, and/or circuits.
Respond to work orders and resident requests within 24 hours.
Keep accurate, detailed records for preventive maintenance activities.
Attend and participate in required training, adhering to safety policies.
