Job summary

Eataly North America in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Facilities Technician to oversee daily facilities operations and housekeeping, reporting to the Facilities Manager. The role requires on-site presence, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have 2+ years of facilities/housekeeping experience, possess basic computer skills, and preferably speak Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of facilities and housekeeping experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities support duties and ensure equipment, walk-ins, HVAC, plumbing, and storage areas function properly.
• Maintain exceptionally clean and sanitary conditions per regulations.
• Provide shift recap to Facilities Manager and Food Safety Manager.
• Monitor team members' assigned stations and provide feedback.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
