Job summary

Eataly in Los Angeles is seeking a Facilities Technician to serve as the on-site contact for assigned shifts and ensure all facilities are in proper working order. The role includes housekeeping procedures and reports to the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities include overseeing facilities support, maintaining sanitation in compliance with regulations, and providing shift feedback to management. Spanish language skills are preferred; flex schedules with nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of facilities and housekeeping experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities support duties to ensure equipment, walk-ins, HVAC, plumbing and storage areas function properly.
• Maintain exceptionally clean and sanitary conditions in line with regulations.
• Provide shift recap to Facilities Manager and Food Safety Manager.
• Inspect team members' assigned stations and provide feedback.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
