Job summary

Eataly California is seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to manage daily maintenance and housekeeping on site. You will act as the point of contact for assigned shifts and ensure all equipment, walk-ins, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and storage areas operate safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will inspect stations, provide feedback, and help uphold sanitary standards in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of facilities and housekeeping experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities support duties; ensure equipment, HVAC, plumbing and storage areas function properly.
• Keep conditions clean and sanitary per state and federal regulations.
• Provide a shift recap to the Facilities Manager and Food Safety Manager.
• Inspect team members' stations and provide feedback.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
