Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking an onsite Facilities Maintenance technician in Cidra, PR. You will participate in installation, maintenance, and repair of vehicles, industrial machinery, and electrical systems to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, and is based in an onsite US facility with no relocation assistance. English proficiency is preferred for daily communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of related work experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Certifications in plumbing or electrical fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, repair, and preventive tasks on vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Provide tools, materials, and support to maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance and identify when electrician is required.
• Move, install, and relocate equipment or furniture as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with cgmp standards.
