Job summary

ITS Logistics in York, PA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to perform cleaning, repair, and general maintenance of buildings and grounds. You will load, unload, move, stock and stage products using sit-down forklifts and other power equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires reading blueprints, following instructions, and working with teams to address safety concerns and routine upkeep.

Qualifications

• Reads and interpret blueprints, sketches, and schematics
• Demonstrates good organizational skills
• Follows orders and completes work assignments with a minimum of supervision
• Works well independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance work in cleaning, repair and maintenance of buildings and grounds
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using sit-down forklifts and other power equipment
• Assist with Safety Inspections and repairs as required by OSHA
• Apply preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor construction tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned and propose process improvements
