Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform cleaning, repair and general maintenance of buildings and grounds. The role includes forklift operation, loading/unloading, staging materials, and assisting in a wide range of maintenance tasks on the facility.

You will support safety inspections, read blueprints and sketches, and work with a team to ensure a safe, efficient work environment. Starting rate is $25.00 per hour for a non-exempt, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, basic trades, and safety practices.
• Ability to read instructions and interpret guidelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using a sit-down forklift or other power equipment.
• Assist in maintenance tasks including painting, lighting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds upkeep.
• Support Safety Coordinator with inspections and repairs as required by OSHA.
• Perform preventative maintenance, basic renovation, and equipment checks.
• Contribute to process improvements and cost reductions where appropriate.
