Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on maintenance experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting with ability to diagnose independently.
• Familiarity with plumbing, pumps, motors, electrical tasks, and general building repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Lead hands-on maintenance and provide guidance to other technicians.
