CONNEXION is seeking a Contract Facilities Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment onsite in a GMP-like environment. The role emphasizes start-up, preventive maintenance, changeovers, and continuous improvement to keep manufacturing on schedule.

Qualificações

• GMP or regulated environment experience is a plus.
• Engineering degree or equivalent craft apprenticeship is preferred.
• 3+ years of advanced electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, packaging/assembly line repair or related experience required.
• Licensure of Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC/PLC, or extensive life sciences/medical device industry experience.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and PLC/electronically controlled equipment; CAD/Solidworks desired.
• 5S/6S and Lean Manufacturing skills desired.
• Ability to read and follow P&IDs; strong documentation and compliance.
• Management and leadership experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose problems, replace or repair systems, parts, test and adjust to safe operational conditions.
• Perform routine rounds to monitor equipment and facilities for faults.
• Provide mechanical and electrical troubleshooting support; assist electrical vendors.
• Set up machinery/equipment per specifications and directions.
• Coordinate maintenance actions across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems; calibrations and repairs.
• Develop preventive maintenance and calibration tasks/procedures.
• Develop equipment operation procedures and work instructions.
• Oversee external vendors/contractors for repairs or service.
• Support quality audits; CAPAs, deviations and GMP investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects; provide SME input.
• Support shutdowns when needed; ensure safe, compliant execution.
