• Utilizes instrumentation and equipment properly and updates surgeon cards.
• Precepts staff in scrub role and supports sterile technique throughout procedures.
• Maintains medication and sharp safety on the surgical field and anticipates surgeon needs.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
