Responsibilities include coordinating photographers, posting real-time Instagram coverage, responding to comments, and ensuring signage is accurate. Collaboration with multiple venue teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts.
• Music or events marketing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Escort and direct photographers and videographers to approved areas.
• Create and post real-time event coverage on venue social pages.
• Capture high-quality clips as directed by teams.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Stay up to date with Instagram trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with departments to highlight venue offerings.
• Ensure signage and displays are current and accurate.
• Assist with general venue duties as needed night of show.
