Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment's Concerts Technology team seeks a Venue IT Support Representative to provide on-site IT troubleshooting at events and venues nationwide. You will work closely with venue staff, learn service delivery concepts, and build hands-on experience in IT operations during live shows.

The role requires knowledge of Apple iOS, Windows, and network basics, plus strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with Apple iOS, Windows, and network technologies.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot independently.
• Reliable team player who can work with minimal supervision.
• Able to adapt to evenings, weekends, and event-driven shifts.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT troubleshooting at venues and events as needed.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams and escalate issues per procedures.
• Serve as onsite liaison for visiting IT service providers.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of venue IT infrastructure and POS terminals.
• Support artist IT riders and ensure connectivity prior to show start.
• Monitor and support venue network and deployed technologies during events.
• Participate in IT preparation, event day support, and post-event wrap-up.
