Job summary

GCG Event Pa is seeking an onsite Manager-level professional to oversee breakout sessions, work with speakers, and coordinate with AV teams in Austin. The role requires ensuring on-time start/finish, managing transitions, and supporting live polling during sessions.

You will participate in pre-event calls and on-site operations, including coordination with the AV tech and presenters to deliver a smooth program.

Qualifications

• Experience managing breakout sessions at live events.
• Ability to work closely with speakers and AV teams.
• On-site availability for event days and pre-event checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate breakout sessions with speakers and AV staff on-site.
• Ensure sessions start/end on time and cue speakers as needed.
• Manage transitions between sessions and speakers smoothly.
• Oversee live polling and Q&A via PSN/Slido platforms.
• Coordinate 15-minute pre-session meet-ups for panels or fireside chats.
