Job summary

Tecta America in Rosemont, IL is seeking an on-site ERP Support Analyst to support Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and related payroll/project modules.

You will troubleshoot, document, test upgrades, and collaborate with IT, accounting, and operations to ensure smooth ERP operations during the migration to Dynamics 365 BC with Project Pro and Payroll NOW. The role offers strong growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including troubleshooting and user support.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (3.x–2009) preferred.
• Familiarity with Payroll and project management integrations.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills; customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end-user support across ERP modules (GL, Job Costing, Purchasing, Payables, AR, Inventory, Payroll).
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in NAV and BC environments.
• Support regular accounting cycles and month/year-end closing.
• Act as SME to analyze, document, and resolve ERP issues with business users and IT.
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of upgrades and integrations.
• Assist in training sessions and create documentation to improve adoption.
• Support ERP onboarding for new acquisitions, including data migration and configuration.
