Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-time Injury Prevention Specialist to join our team onsite at a manufacturing facility in Shenandoah, IA. The role emphasizes ergonomics, education, and preventive exercise programs to reduce workplace injuries and promote employee well-being.

The position requires a B.S. degree, CPR certification, and at least one year of related experience. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $37.00 per hour, with a flexible 1–2 day per week schedule.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree required.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions.
• Preferred: Experience in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and deliver employee education and perform audits.
• Conduct movement assessments and develop preventative exercise programs.
• Engage with new hire employees on education, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
• Deliver return-to-work program for employees returning from injury.
• Provide early symptom intervention (ESI) care for employees.
• Provide health and wellness coaching on a wide range of topics.
