Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-time Injury Prevention Specialist to support a manufacturer onsite in Shenandoah, IA. The role blends ergonomic assessments, employee education, and preventive exercise programs to reduce workplace injuries and improve wellbeing. This PRN schedule aligns with availability, typically 1–2 days per week for about 10 hours.

• CPR certification required
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury prevention and assessment

• Develop and deliver employee education and perform audits
• Conduct movement assessments and develop preventive exercise programs
• Engage with new hire employees on education, ergonomics, and injury prevention

Select Physical Therapy is seeking an engaging and enthusiastic Part-time Injury Prevention Specialist to join our team supporting a manufacturer onsite in Shenandoah, IA. This is a great opportunity for an athletic trainer, exercise physiologist, EMT, PTA, COTA, or individual of a similar background. We'll pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that works for you.

This dynamic role integrates ergonomics, employee education and coaching, preventive exercise programs, early intervention strategies, and health and wellness services to reduce workplace injuries and enhance overall employee well-being.

Type of Employment:

Schedule:

Weekdays, Coverage is 1-2 days per week, 10 hrs total.

Compensation:

$32.00 - $37.00, hourly, based on years of experience
