Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC Project Engineer to support the jobsite team in Childress, TX. The role focuses on coordinating project deliverables to achieve profitability and schedule goals while maintaining a strong safety culture on site.

You will work with the team to operate and care for equipment, perform testing and maintenance on solar assets, and prepare required reports as part of a fast-paced field environment. This position is field-based and requires adaptability.

Qualifications

• This role requires NFPA 70e Safety Training and ongoing safety training updates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and enforce safe practices on site.
• Coordinate and manage project deliverables to support profitability and schedule goals.
• Operate and care for company property, equipment, and tooling.
• Service solar equipment in multiple solar plants and perform routine testing and maintenance.
• Respond on-call for emergency repairs as directed by supervisor.
• Prepare accurate reports of work performed and documentation.
