Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform laboratory testing and provide analytical services to Operations and customers in a timely manner. The role emphasizes safety, QA/QC, and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field and has 1+ year of environmental/industrial lab experience. This onsite position supports a comprehensive waste management mission and ongoing lab operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field is required.
• 1+ year environmental/industrial lab experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to safety, QA/QC, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory testing to provide reliable analytical data for Operations and customers.
• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices.
• Completes material analysis to determine waste profiles for incoming samples.
• Analyzes plant samples to confirm operating limits and residuals from incineration processes.
• Maintains and operates laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
• Upholds good laboratory practices including QA/QC, safety, and documentation.
• Takes on additional duties to support the team and organization.
