Job summary

Onterris invites a Project Manager to join our Richmond, VA lab, acting as the expert point of contact for client projects, ensuring proper setup, tracking, and on-time delivery. You will own a defined portfolio and follow established procedures within a quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

4 years of project management experience.
Must be able to work on-site.
2+ years of environmental-related testing experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS) software experience is desired.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage a portfolio of client projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage client projects through all phases of laboratory operations.
Set up projects in the laboratory database and maintain client information.
Initiate field supply orders and sample kits.
Review sample records for accuracy and completeness.
Delivery of accurate and timely reports to clients.
Communicate project status to clients and laboratory colleagues clearly.
