As a vital member of our global engineering organization, you'll work alongside talented engineers, product leaders, and business stakeholders around the world to bring new technologies to market. You'll also partner closely with manufacturing teams, serving as the technical voice of the design team and leading product improvements through engineering change initiatives.
Based at our state-of-the‑art Advanced Engineering & Development Center in New Freedom, PA, you'll contribute to both new product development and the continuous improvement of products used by customers worldwide. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $125,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
