No prior marketing or sales experience is required; paid training and mentorship are provided. You will work onsite at our Baltimore office and at designated events, gaining hands-on experience in face-to-face outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in person.
• Positive attitude, professional mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through professional face-to-face interactions.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns at retail locations and events.
