NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Marketing Representative role. This full-time, onsite position offers hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, and customer engagement within a team-oriented environment.

You will support campaigns through face-to-face interactions, educate customers about products, and help grow brand awareness and customer acquisition. Paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Positive attitude, professional mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Previous marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Representative. This full-time, fully onsite position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and brand awareness in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives for our clients through face-to-face customer interactions.
