Job summary

Philips in Latham, NY is seeking an entry‑level Manufacturing Engineer to support site operations under experienced engineers with structured training.

You will participate in continuous improvement, help install and ramp up new equipment, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. This fully on-site role includes travel limited to supplier visits or conferences.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required with bachelor’s degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with relevant education in Manufacturing/Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support and maintain process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Support installation and ramp-up of new equipment and processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, environmental, and legal requirements.
