Job summary

The role is on‑site with limited travel (<5%), offers cross‑functional collaboration with engineers, IT specialists, drafters and technicians, and structured training to build technical judgement and operating knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational education with related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, engineering or industrial processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with electrical test equipment and automation concepts is expected.
• Understanding of regulatory, safety, and quality requirements in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support site manufacturing by maintaining process documentation and ensuring quality, safety, regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and structured problem solving.
• Assist installation and ramp up of new equipment and processes with stakeholders.
• Ensure on‑site support with strong collaboration across disciplines (engineering, IT, drafting, technicians).
• Travel less than 5% for supplier visits or conferences.
