HDR is seeking an On-Site Engineer/Representative for a large data center project in Lebanon, Indiana. You will serve as the single point of communication during construction, coordinating between owner, design team, and contractor, and reviewing design documents for conformity.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, construction document literacy, and the ability to work in a field setting with a collaborative, employee-owned team.

HDR is currently looking for an On-Site Engineer/ Representative for a large data center that will be constructed in the in Lebanon, Indiana. The individual will be employed by HDR Engineering, the prime design consultant and Engineer of Record. The position does not involve inspection or contractor management but serves as a liaison between the owner, design team, and general contractor regarding construction issues as they relate to design changes needed. The individual will facilitate information flow from the construction team to the design team and support the owner, contractor, project team, and others performing work on the project. The individual will be working at the Lebanon, Indiana project site full time. In the role of Onsite Engineering Representative I, we'll count on you to:
