Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Operations & Project Lead to drive capital projects and cross‑functional engineering initiatives at our Fort Worth site. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring GMP compliance and safe, efficient startup and turnover to Operations.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong vendor management, and experience coordinating with PMO, Quality, and Manufacturing to achieve project milestones and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with GMP requirements, change control, deviations, CAPAs, and equipment qualification/validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Experience managing capital projects, equipment installations, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and expense projects from concept through commissioning, startup, and handover.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering priorities and resources; manage risks, costs, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status and resource needs to stakeholders and site leadership.
• Ensure CAPEX activities comply with company policies and standards; drive continuous improvement.
