Job summary

Magnit Global seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale capital engineering projects supporting GMP manufacturing operations. You will drive projects from concept through design, construction, commissioning, qualification, operational readiness, and final closeout.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change control while coordinating with engineering, construction, quality, manufacturing, procurement, validation, supply chain, and EHS teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical field.
• 9+ years of experience leading large GMP capital projects.
• Experience from planning and design through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing, cleanrooms, utilities, and regulated construction environments.
• Experience managing engineering firms, construction contractors, equipment vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, project controls, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex capital projects involving facility expansion, equipment installation, automation integration, and GMP manufacturing operations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, change control, and overall execution strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, quality, manufacturing, procurement, validation, supply chain, and EHS.
• Oversee engineering design, construction activities, equipment installation, utilities, automation systems, and facility readiness.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, quality standards, safety expectations, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive project governance, decision-making, stakeholder communication, and performance reporting.
• Manage external contractors, engineering firms, equipment suppliers, and technical consultants throughout project execution.
