Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Program Manager to own end-to-end programs across the product lifecycle. The role requires coordinating schedules, budgets, and dependencies across Engineering, PM, Manufacturing, and partners, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in program management, 5+ years in Agile environments, and hands-on experience with Jira and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

6+ years of program/project management experience.
5+ years in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
5+ years owning product release execution across lifecycle.
5+ years coordinating cross-functional execution across engineering.
4+ years influencing delivery with senior stakeholders.
4+ years using governance to drive execution efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manages and leads complex programs across multiple functions to drive engineering development and product implementation.
Develops and oversees integrated schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitors progress, analyzes metrics, and adjusts schedules or resources to meet objectives.
Communicates program status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and partners.
Drives innovation and adoption of new technologies and quality initiatives.
Provides leadership and mentoring to team members.
