Intellectt Inc is seeking an Onsite Coordinator based in Greeley, CO with an engineering background for an Oil & Gas–or industrial engineering–focused role. The position centers on reviewing and validating engineering information, supporting field walkdowns, and maintaining standardized equipment data throughout the facility lifecycle.

The role requires reading and interpreting technical drawings (P&IDs, PFDs, electrical documents) and collaborating with EPC teams to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, industrial engineering, EPC or similar environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Experience reviewing equipment and engineering data.
• Strong understanding of engineering data validation and standardization.
• Comfortable participating in onsite field walkdowns.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze equipment across facilities and manage related engineering data throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in physical field walkdowns to validate field conditions against engineering documents.
• Review engineering information in master data sets and validate against documents and systems of record.
• Review and standardize engineering information based on master data standards.
• Enhance equipment classes, attributes, and data hierarchies as needed.
• Read and interpret technical drawings including P&IDs, PFDs, and electrical documents.
• Validate engineering data provided by EPC teams.
• Support upload and maintenance of validated information in the Engineering Data Warehouse.
• Perform master data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to resolve data discrepancies.
