Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Colorado to support oil and gas project execution. You will work with fellow engineers to develop piping specs, CADWorx deliverables, P&ID development, and technical bid evaluations.

You will create BOMs, equipment data sheets, and maintain construction docs while interfacing with senior staff and clients. PE/EIT preferred, and travel to site may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 0-5+ years of oil and gas industry experience.
• Experience with piping specifications and CADWorx preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mechanical team on project execution.
• Prepare piping specifications and CADWorx files as required.
• Develop P&ID and support technical bid evaluations.
• Create BOM and manage mechanical deliverables.
• Review models, piping plans, isometrics, and equipment data sheets.
