Job summary

A leading technology services provider based in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Client Technologies Technician to offer onsite support for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals. This role requires expertise in endpoint deployment and configuration using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in desktop support and networked systems, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively. A degree in a related field is preferred. This position operates on weekdays with a 40-hour work schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop and networked systems support.
• 4+ years of endpoint deployment, hardware/software installation, and repair.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy desktops, laptops, and tablets using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Validate BitLocker encryption and ensure recovery keys are stored correctly.
• Maintain network connectivity during and after deployments.
• Install and verify required software as per build documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint hardware and software issues.
