Job summary

KARL STORZ Endoscopy - America is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to provide hands-on, customer-facing support for our endoscopic technologies within hospital environments in Texas. You will collaborate with OR, SPD, and BioMed teams to ensure equipment readiness and smooth clinical workflows.

The role requires a high school diploma and healthcare-related experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, sterile processing, surgical technology, medical device support, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across clinical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting and transporting equipment up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support and expert service to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams to ensure seamless surgical operations.
• Set up, inspect, and troubleshoot video towers, camera systems, light sources, and other KARL STORZ technologies.
• Support surgical procedures by identifying and resolving equipment-related issues in real time.
• Coordinate repairs, exchanges, and service requests while maintaining visibility into equipment status and inventory.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, package, and inspect surgical instruments to ensure procedural readiness and compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with hospital personnel by delivering exceptional service and technical support.
