Job summary

KARL STORZ North America is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to provide hands-on support to hospital ORs, SPD, and BioMed teams. The role focuses on ensuring readiness of advanced medical devices within a clinical setting and offering premier service and expertise.

You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, in a field-based hospital environment, with opportunities for growth across sales, leadership, education, and beyond as you support life-changing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or other clinical environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, face-to-face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams.
• Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate replacement of instruments.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments.
• Manage repair processes and service transactions.
• Troubleshoot real-time equipment issues in the operating room.
