KARL STORZ North America is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to support ORs, SPD and BioMed teams in hospital settings. You'll set up video towers, troubleshoot devices, and ensure surgical readiness while advancing your clinical/technical career with a global MedTech leader.

In this hands-on, field-based role, you will work Monday–Friday 9AM-5:30PM and collaborate across stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and patient outcomes, with opportunities for growth across sales,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or other clinical/medical environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in fast-paced, service-driven teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

About the Role

You will work closely with Operating Room (OR), Sterile Processing (SPD), and BioMed teams to ensure surgical readiness and successful outcomes. What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or other clinical/medical environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate in fast‑paced, service‑driven teams
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Nice to Have:

• CRCST certification or interest in obtaining certification
• Experience supporting surgical equipment or medical devices
