Job summary

KARL STORZ is hiring an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to support operating rooms, sterile processing, and bio-med teams in a hospital setting across the US. This field-based role offers exposure to advanced visualization systems and a clear path for growth within MedTech.

You will work closely with OR, SPD, and BioMed staff to ensure readiness for procedures, with a focus on customer service, technical aptitude, and collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or other clinical/medical environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams.
• Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for surgical procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate replacement of instruments and equipment.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments for use.
• Manage repair processes, track equipment status, and facilitate service transactions.
• Troubleshoot real-time equipment issues in the operating room.
