Job summary

KARL STORZ is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to support advanced medical devices directly in hospital environments. You will work with OR, SPD, and BioMed teams to ensure surgical readiness, set up video towers, and manage instrument maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced clinical environments.
• Experience in sterile processing, surgical tech, or clinical settings is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, face-to-face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams.
• Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair instruments and equipment as needed.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and prep surgical instruments for use.
• Coordinate repair processes and track equipment status.
• Troubleshoot real-time equipment issues in the OR to ensure successful procedures.
