Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an Employee Health Nurse to support the health, safety, and well-being of staff at the Minot campus. You will conduct clinical assessments, provide first aid, and coordinate immunization and health surveillance programs.

You will work with HR and department leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and timely return-to-work planning, while promoting a safe environment for patients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in North Dakota or compact licensure.
• Experience with treatment and rehabilitation of work-related injuries.
• Experience in assessing injuries and providing first aid.
• Proficient in infection control and health documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, provide first aid, and manage follow-up for employees at work.
• Coordinate immunization programs, exposure monitoring, and health surveillance.
• Assist with return-to-work coordination and communicate work restrictions to relevant parties.
• Maintain confidential employee health records and reports per regulatory standards.
• Educate employees on health promotion, injury prevention, and workplace safety practices.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and safety staff to ensure OSHA and CDC guideline compliance.
